2018 VCE Results
I would like to sincerely congratulate our Class of 2018 for an outstanding year. Our students took part in various camps, sporting activities, House events, community service projects, music and performing arts, as they studied over 30 different subjects.
I am pleased to announce that Casey Grammar has received a Median VCE study score of 30, our highest achievement to date. We had 120 students enrolled in VCE Units 3 and 4 and ten enrolled in VET certification. 100% of our students completed the VCE.
Thirteen of our students achieved scores above 40 in the following subjects; Business Management, English, Health, Legal Studies, Further Maths, Outdoor Education and Psychology. 29% of our students achieved an ATAR of 70 or above placing them in the top 30% nationally.
Congratulations to our 2018 Dux, Joshua Ambrosio and also to our Proxime Accessit, Isabella Tuturas.
In 2019 we will have a number of students in Year 11 and 12 studying the Casey Pathways program designed to lead students into employment and TAFE whilst the majority of the cohort will embark on a VCE journey.
I’d also like to take the opportunity to acknowledge our teaching and non-teaching staff from Years P-12 as well as the wider Casey Grammar community. Your support and dedication to our students through their education is evident and I thank you for this.
Wishing the Casey Grammar community a safe and enjoyable Christmas break as well as every success to our class of 2018 as they begin the next chapter of their lives.
