An integral part of the Pastoral Care Program in the Secondary School are the Learning Curve resources in the student planner. Students and their Mentor’s meet each week to prepare our young people for a lifetime of learning and thinking.
Living - cultivating social emotional growth involving, Self Awareness, Self Control, Self Motivation, Empathy and Managing Relationships.
Learning - teaching how to learn how to learn and building an array of learning approaches, study skills and arousing curiosity and a love of learning.
Thinking - teaching how to think creatively and critically through Habits of Mind and using higher order thinking strategies and tools.
