Intake Year Levels
Casey Grammar School’s current intake years are Prep and Year 7.
Please contact the Enrolments Officer to inquire about vacancies before submitting an Expression of Interest if the following applies to you:
You are seeking enrolment for the current year
Your application is outside the intake levels of Prep & Year 7
If a year level is at capacity, your application will be placed on a holding list. If this is the case please be aware we cannot guarantee a place for your child. If a vacancy does not become available in the requested year level, your child's name will roll across to each successive years holding list.
Prep & Year 7 enrolments have been finalised for 2019. You are still welcome to submit an Expression of Interest and your application will be placed on a holding list. Please be aware you must find an alternative option as we cannot guarantee a place for your child. If a vacancy does not become available in 2019, your child's name will roll across to each successive years holding list.
1. Complete an Enrolment Expression of Interest Form.
Expressions of Interest are generally received many years before the intended year of commencement; they are placed on a holding list until Casey Grammar School commences assessing applications for interviews. Casey Grammar School has limited places that can be offered each year. It is likely that the number of applicants will exceed the number of places available. Due to the limited places available, submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee an interview or enrolment offer.
2. Submit the Expression of Interest form with all supporting documents. A separate form for each child is to be completed. Please ensure you complete the checklist on page 4 of the form before submitting. Incomplete applications will not be processed and returned to the applicant. Incomplete applications refer to sections of the form not completed, requested documents not attached, payment declining and missing signatures.
