Our school was awash with colour—particularly orange—as we danced, ate and celebrated our way through Harmony Week. Across the school, students participated in a range of opportunities to share their cultural background and gain a deeper understanding of others.
Our 2022 Harmony Week celebrations were our biggest yet as we watched wonderful performances across the school, enjoyed delicious meals and shared in various classes.
Junior School and Senior School joined together in a wide range of activities including shortbread, paella and crepe making classes, Bollywood Dance classes, special performance assemblies and the Prep- Year 2 Parade.
The school was filled with colour on our Cultural Clothing Day and we are proud to announce that we raised over $1,200 to support the work of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and Tear Australia.
Thank you to our wonderful Chaplain, Mrs Riviere-Pendle, for organising the most amazing array of Harmony Week activities. And a sincere thank you to everyone who was involved and participated.
